The top deck is great for relaxing and sun bathing or watching the amazing sunsets. There are 2 grills for your convenience. Boaters can bring there boats and put them at the marina thats located at our Townhome. Theres also a Boaters Club if you want to rent a boat right behind us as well. There is No Smoking in the Unit or outside our Unit of the property to ensure that we keep the pristine condition of this home. A $500.00 refundable refund is required, confirming your stay, to maintain the condition of the home. $200 Pet Fee and $250 Cleaning Fee
